Aptly.Pro is an app built natively on the Salesforce Platform. Like you have Uber as an app on your phone, Aptly.Pro is an app on Salesforce.

Yes, you can. We offer a 30 day free trail where you can test out Aptly.Pro and all of the features.

We provide access to Aptly.Pro for free for 30 days on a site wide license. This means that when you install Aptly.Pro, all your users can access it free of charge for 30 days after which it will be licensed on a per user basis.

If you already have a Salesforce Org that you would like to install Aptly.Pro into, we can install it for you or we can provide installation details to your Salesforce administrator. 

If you do not have a Salesforce Org, we will create one for you and install Aptly.Pro into it and give you access to it.

No you do not. We are an OEM application, which means you can buy licenses directly from us.

No, you do not. If you do not have a Salesforce org we will create one for you.

Yes, Aptly.Pro is GDPR compliant.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data within Aptly.Pro comply with these and other laws. Please consult your own legal counsel for advice.

Absolutely not. The only third party which will have some access to your data is Salesforce and it will only be for licensing reasons.

We have two types of releases. 

Salesforce have their own releases which happen 4 times a year. These will be automatically installed.

Aptly.Pro releases are done 4 - 6 times per year. When a new release is available we will contact you and plan an installation date and time.

Yes we provide standard support to all customers which is support related to the core application. 

If you have purchased premium support, we also assist in system configuration and customization.
